Counselling for Admission to various programmes of this University during the Academic Year 2019-20 shall be held on the following dates. i) Ist Round – 05.07.2019(Friday) ii) IInd Round – 09.07.2019 (Tuesday) iii) IIIrd Round – 12.07.2019 (Friday) 2. In case of seats remaining vacant even after 3 rounds, University may at its discretion conduct subsequent round/s of counselling on suitable dates that will be announced in the website. 3. Candidates should bring all required documents (as per the check list available in the website) in original along one set of self attested photocopies. 4. Documents such as EWS certificate, OBC-NCL certificate, SC/ST certificate, PWD certificate, Proofs of Wards of Defence person, Kashmiri Migrant, J& K Domicile etc. should in the approved formats as published in University website for availing reservation under these categories. Only those claims preferred while applying for CUCET 2019 shall be admitted. Subsequent change of categories if any will not be allowed. 5. Community certificates and EWS certificates has to be signed by an officer not below the rank of Tahsildar or Mandal Development Officer in case of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states. Candidates called for counselling should report on the designated date at 10.00 am in the respective departments before the HoD and register their names by 12.00 noon positively.
6. Students who do not report on the designated date will loose their chance for considering their admission. Candidates should ensure that their fulfill eligibility conditions before appearing for counseling. Mere listing of their names in the rank list does not guarantee admission. 7. B.A.International Relations programmes is conducted at Capital Centre Thiruvanathapuram (Tel: 0471-2544884) & LL.M is conducted at Law Campus Tiruvalla (Tel: 0469 – 2638130). Remaining all Postgraduate Degree, Diploma and Research programmes are conducted at Main campus at Periye, Kasaragod. 8.
